Graphite electrodes
Graphite electrodes and nipples are made on the basis of oil and needle coke firing and coal pitches. These products are used in electric arc furnaces, refining, ferroalloy furnaces rudotermical and other electrical installations.
Manufacturing technology of graphite electrodes includes the preparation of raw materials - grinding and calcination, mixing fillers with pitch and molding, baking, impregnation, graphitization and mechanical processing. For the production of extruded billet and extrusion methods are used vibroforming.
The electrodes are manufactured in diameter 75-600 mm and the length up to 2400 mm. The two ends of the electrode made with nests in which there are cylindrical or tapered threads for screwing the nipple. The nipple is necessary for the building the electrode as it is consumed in steelmaking.
Each electrode is equipped with nipples. According to the customer's request, nipples can be supplied separately from the electrodes, or in addition to the complete set.

The Shipment of Graphite electrodes , according to the conditions of export, is possible from the warehouse of our company in Volgograd, or from the factory of this product. The delivery of graphite products is carried out to consumers by road or by railway communication.
